Are they just that wary or what is the deal?? Trying to gather as much info before I drop 4g's to not kill anything. Is it even worth it?

I haven't been out west but, compared to Easterns, they are much tougher to hunt. A Rio doesn't even figure into the equation.

As much as I loved it, I was just not eat up with patience. If you love a challenge, probably the biggest you'll encounter as a turkey hunter, then, yes...it's worth it.
