I think it's a pretty fair trade myself, you take the snow and cold and I get the pecan tree + do some crawfish fishin'.....come on think about what a great trade this would be....

I'll pass, thank you. I hate snow so much I don't even allow calendars with pictures of snow in my house. LOL
