I have had 13 knee surgeries on my right knee. Blew out acl,mcl, and pcl all at the same time and have had 5 reconstructions so I guess you could say I have some experience with this..
Definitely sounds like you did some damage and as stated above definitely use ICE ONLY for the first 24 to 36 hours. Get it checked out as soon as you can. I wish you all the luck and hopefully its not too bad.
