If the limit was changed without a vote or explanation to the public. It's messed up. If they have the power to do this then they could just forbid all boats and fishing all together.
I also believe that an aggressive approach isn't the way to fix this. That goes for both sides of the fence. Limit the government. Have public forum and a vote. RON PAUL 2012
