made a carne guisada last night and used serranto peppers instead of japs and put a small can of tomato sauce instead of chopped tomato. came out a little hot and more red than i like. this morning i put a couple spoonfuls in my scrambled eggs and rolled it up in a tortilla. pretty good as a breakfast food too.

Heck that looks good bro. I'm thinking over grits would be awesome. Little cheese on top. Maybe over biscuits. Looks great man. Eat it up.
