Salt Ditch?
Is the salt ditch I hear people talking about the cut running south of the ICW west of Hwy 27? I believe it parallels a power line and opens west to Black Lake?

Yes. It's also called the alkali ditch, I believe.
It intersects the ICW at approximately 30.058334,-93.374712.
