Look like gumbo to me......Smoking chickens to give to the family for Christmas....Tasty cheap Christmas presents...

A wonderful gift man!! I smoke ducks and whole baking hens when they on sale and we use that in gumbos all winter its wonderful. I would be honored to recieve that as a gift and think its a great idea. Cheap only $ wise but rich in tradition and care.
