Brisket Pistolettes
Yesterday I picked up some fresh baked pistolettes(mini loaves about 4 - 6 inches long that are basically the same as the bread used for Poor Boys here)for brisket I warmed from a previous Keg smoking session. Earlier in the day I had shredded some smoked gouda cheese and decided to make some smoked gouda mac & cheese. http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...s/DSC09990.jpg Brisket pistolettes, both had sweet & hot jalapeno slices. http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...s/DSC09992.jpg One with cole slaw http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...s/DSC09995.jpg One without http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...s/DSC09994.jpg I also baked a lil dessert but I didn't indulge as I was stuffed. I'll give it a try today. Apple Dapple http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...s/DSC09985.jpg |
