i read this article and it says they cooked hardhead filets and speck filets twice and both times the hard head was picked as the best fried filet:puke::puke:

I have eaten fried Hardhead. They are o.k., but I ain't cleaning or cooking them thangs. Not when you can go almost anywhere in Big Lake and catch much better fish.
