Benchmade Knives
I have always loved their knives and always wanted one but they are on the high end. At least for me. Well I finally broke down and bought one today. Beautiful knife and super smooth. The problem is I bought it for someone else.lol. My son is a knife guy and has always wanted one too. Couldn't beat the smile on his face. Worth every dollar.

Awesome! My cousin always keeps a benchmade pocket knife. Personally I prefer the Kershaw Leek. Slim and sleek on the pocket clip and sharp

Been carrying the mini Griptillian for a few years now. Awesome knife. Just bought my dad one for his birthday.

Awesome. Not sure what model he got but when he gets home from gym I'll post a pick. It's a sweet blade.

Kershaw makes a great knife and I have several. I also love Cold Steel and CRKT. Can't forget the classic Case trapper either. How many squirrels have our grandpaws and dads cleaned with those? Lots of great knives to be had in the $40/60 range. I just won't get over $100 for myself. I'll either loose it or end up giving it away. The latter being the reason I need to buy another Case trapper for myself.

My wife has an addiction for Benchmade knives. I did buy a few for her but now she has about a dozen. I know women HAVE to have a purse to match every pair of shoes...and of course you have to have a pair of shoes for most every outfit...but I think she was extending her logic to knives as well:eek:. I guess it beats collecting Beanie Babies. If I can only get her to start fishing I'll be set;).

She does CC with a S/W J frame .38+P and a BM knife. After handling her purse a few times I convinced her to let me get her an Airweight and put the Window Sash weight;) .357 J frame at bedside. Her logic on the .357 was if she ran out of rounds:rolleyes: she could finish an assailant off with blows to the head. That .357 with a full cylinder seemed like it weighed 10 lbs!
See how I mentioned Benchmade in the first line...no thread hijack here...well, maybe just a little;)
Oh...and as far as wardrobe...she does coordinate when wearing black and silver:D.

Never ever ever ever get rid of that woman bro. I do agree with her on the 357 issue. Gota love a woman that likes big guns. My wife carries a 45. Don't care about a highjack bro. It's good conversation :)

Benchmade and CRKT are two of the best on the market for their price IMO.

It's not a BM but I did replace my Case trapper today. I love the new stuff but it's hard to beat a classic pocket knife. Hopefully I don't give this one away. Lol

While I agree that they've come a long way with knives, there is still something to be said for the old stand-by's. Case and Buck are both hard to beat.

Where do they carry benchmade in Lafayette? I'm currently carrying a kershaw leek and really like it but I'd like to give a benchmade a try also.
