No I don't smoke in the foil. I just wrapped them in it till I was ready to put them on pit.

Smoked for an hour and 45 min.
Then wrapped in foil and kept cooking for 1 hour.
Then Boom so delicious!!!!

Yes I'm also missing a rack of ribs. We ate it before I could get the pics.

I always forget to get after pics. Sometimes it's because everyone is after the food, other times it's because there may have been a few too many cold drinks.

Add some butter, brown sugar, and honey for nice little sweet taste. Do this when ribs are done and re wrap. Cook about 15 min in indirect heat. Low and slow best way to cook ribs.
