Using Tabasco Bloody Mary Mix in BBQ sauce

Anybody ever try this.... I have been looking on smokering and other BBQ sites but not finding much. Have been making the Rudy's BBQ sauce off of copycat. Ready for a change.

never tried that, but it sounds good. we did, however use Zing-Zang in a chevichi a couple weeks ago and it was BAD A$$!

I have used ZING ZANG in a bbq sauce. Very good but the spice level was up there.

on a early morning fishing trip, after a long night before, take a big pull off your favorite beer and then fill it back up with Zing-Zang. couple them babies and you're right back in the groove.

I ran out of tomatoe sauce while making Beef and vegetable soup, and grabbed the Zing Zang for substitute. It worked out well, need to try that one again.

tabasco bloody mary bbq sauce

Just made some Rudys BBQ sauce. clone
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice (2 lemons)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. coarse black pepper
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
combine ingredients in small pan and bring to a medium boil and turn down and simmer for about an hour.
I always add a onion that has been chopped fine or ran through a food processor.
I made this up and took part of after cooking and added bloody mary mix. Not much change so next time I cut out the catsup and use BM mix.
