I know this is not what you asked for, but I make my own block ice. Take 1/2 gallon paper milk cartons and fill with water and place in freezer. Works great. I also use plastic 1 gallon juice bottles and freeze those as my drinking water.

Make my own as well using the plastic gallon ice cream containers and plastic bottles one or two liter.

I keep a few blocks and bags of cubes in the freezer ready for the next fishing or hunting trip.

The bigger square buckets that the dishwashing detergent packs come in make good block containers, too. They are reusable and you can snap the lid off/on so they are stackable as well.
