We fished south of Verret on Thursday. Slow bite in the morning, caught most of our fish after 3:00 in 4'-6' when the water warmed up some.

don't be afraid to slow roll large spinner baits on the cypress trees standing out of the edge......

slow roll a spinnerbait works, hit up the canals around the lake, if you could tell me what landing your launching from I'll tell you some good spots to hit up.
