Bayou Lacassine

I fished Bayou Lacassine for the first time ever Saturday. I fished for almost 3 hours and never got a bite! I tried multiple things: soft plastic, rattletrap, spinnerbait, jig with trailer and topwater. I launched at Lorraine and ran North....Does anyone on SC fish the area? Do you fish the main bayou, cuts, morning/afternoon? Any advice would be great, as I am new to that bayou. Thanks in advance.

if your going to fish the main bayou your most likely wasting your time with bass, there are bass, but most will be caught south towards teppies, otherwise both north and south are good for sacs
