I had a 30' x 40' shed with a 12' lean too built just before Thanksgiving. It took me over a month to get the electrical done because of hunting season. The wife was on my but to get everything moved in but I knew that if i did not get the shelves and work bench built before moving things in they would never get built. Here are a few pictures of the finished product. I still have a few things to do but it is coming along pretty good.

looking good... build all the storage you can before moving in. I like the rod n reel overhead storage. That will keep a lot of the dust and whatever blows around from getting on your reels. I have shelving in my 24 X 50 but I wish I would have built some nice overhead cabinets with doors. But that is on my list.

People are building these out on small ranches in west Texas and some around here. A friends son built a 40X60 last year and we took one end 30X40 and built a small 2 bdr apartment. I called it a Barn-da-minium.

Thanks guys
The fun part is just beginning. I'm taking all of my tools out of the small shed and sorting through them and trying to organize them. Been at it for 2 days and I'm still have not put much of a dent in it. I have found stuff I had been missing and have already replaced.
I also plan on drilling holes between the current holes on the rod holder and alternate the rods so I can get more in.
