Redfish Courtbouillon

Cappy's gumbo got my mouth watering, so after i finished the chores today, i thawed out some redfish and made a courtbouillon. tastes as good as it smells. i've only done this twice and wasn't happy with the first one. this one is good(to me anyway).

Glad I could inspire ya. Thats one of my favorite things to do with red fish I cube it up like stew meat and add it at the end gald it workied for ya. keep trying you will tweek to to what ya like good luck.
