I use State Farm for my auto and renter's insurance. They've always treated me right

I use USAA...never been treated badly by them. Unfortunately, I heard they are outsourcing their customer service department to India, so I doubt I'll be with them much longer. Customer service is the #1 reason I am with them, since their rates aren't any lower than anyone else's nowadays.

Shad, I think that is why I'm with Farm Bureau cause the customer service may not be great, But they speak ENGLISH. I understand English pretty good, India I don't they will have very good English speakers there.

usaa is very easy to deal with,been handleing that account at work for around 10yrs now.farm bureau is a different story,some of there adjuster's are real idiot's..

I doubt they will tell you they are outsourcing until after it is done, but I know someone at the company in India they are outsourcing to. Definitely a dang shame.
