New Years Day Ham w/Apple and Bourbon Glaze

1/2 or whole ham
1-2 cups Apple juice or cider
1 cup apple jelly
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1-2 tbsp bourbon - sips unlimited
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground clove

Ham on a rack in a roasting pan at 350 for 15 minutes per lb. Pour apple juice in bottom of pan

In saucepan melt Apple jelly. When melted stir in mustard, bourbon, lemon juice and garlic. With 40-50 minutes remaining on ham, brush glaze over ham. Reheat any glaze that remains and serve at table.

Scored and headed to pit. Will post pics as we move along.
