Polarized Glasses

looking for some good polarized glasses, for driving and fishing, can't keep spending $200 a piece just cause they have the name costa on them, either loose them or break them(in some kind of way that voids the warranty) what other brands are good for a more manageable price

I like Wiley X, I think they are in the $125 range. I like that they have the safety rating so I can wear them in the plant as well as fishing.

I'd loose sunglasses like crazy before I got some cables to keep them around my neck. At home, I put them on the key rack with my keys.

Get a cable and stop loosing sunglasses

Do you have a costa curse? Everyone who fishes with you breaks/loses their glasses? Hahaha

I get the $25 specials at academy and abuse the heck out of em. the ones I have now are 3 years old and still no scratches and the pair before that were only 2 years old but I lost them looking back while on a plane and foom there they went along with my hat lol

After I lost 2 pairs of Costa's in a week I started looking for a cheaper alternative. By far the best cheap pair of polarized glasses I have found are the Penn glasses they sell at walmart in the fishing section. The mirrored greenish/blue lenses are pretty clear. They aren't Costa's but they are good enough. The Calcutta's are alright but the fit sucks. I got a big head.

Try the magellans at academy. They are behind the counter by the costas. I bought a pair 3 years ago and love them. I think the lens quality is as good as costas. I think I bought them on sale for $69.00

I had a pair and liked them. But the last time I asked for them at Academy they told me didn't carry them any more. They had put all of the ones they had on the outside rack and weren't getting any more.

Get on eyesave.com they sell costas for cheap basically half price. I've had all the cheap brands but found that costas suit me best and last the longest
