BBQ pulled pork chili

Well, since "old man winter" wants to stick around for a few days, we decided to make it a weekend of cooking. Tonight will be BBQ pulled pork chili cooked on the Rec-tec. Had half a butt left in the freezer, pulled it out and got to work.

Good looking grub fellows.... Never had that chili but I bet it's awesome. I regularly smoke pork butts and will try this soon.

Turkey wings!!! Ain't nothing finer. I'll kick the walker out from under my grandma at Thanksgiving to get the last turkey wing! I LOVE turkey wings. |
