BBQ pulled pork chili

Well, since "old man winter" wants to stick around for a few days, we decided to make it a weekend of cooking. Tonight will be BBQ pulled pork chili cooked on the Rec-tec. Had half a butt left in the freezer, pulled it out and got to work.

It's smoking right now at 225 for 2 hours. Should be solid!

Good looking grub fellows.... Never had that chili but I bet it's awesome. I regularly smoke pork butts and will try this soon.

And I love smoked turkey wings too. Enjoy guys!!

Sounds pretty interesting. I need to try this.

Turkey wings!!! Ain't nothing finer. I'll kick the walker out from under my grandma at Thanksgiving to get the last turkey wing! I LOVE turkey wings.

I do pork buts quite often as well and have a decent amount of leftovers. I followed this recipe to a T and it's pretty darn good

Well worth it and something different to do with the leftovers.
