Nice looking stuff..... And I like his smoker. I have been thinking about building a smoker similar to that.

The new smoker is tounge and groove cypress which is way better than the warped old plywood one, of course time will tell. Right now one of those hens are boiling on the stove. We gonna boil da puddin outa it then take it offn da bone and put it back inn the stock add roux and well yall know the rest. Will take pics later and woop up a smokey gumbo post for yall.
