soy beans
 
anyone ever scatter soy beans around their hunting area? was given several bags of em, bout 20 gals. i'm going to scatter em around and let my grandson work em in with the 4 wheeler tires. just wondering if anybody's done this or know if they'll grow?

I know they smell pretty ripe when they start spoiling. Hogs should love em.

Your gonna have to either break up the ground a bit with a plow and then drag over it with a grading ir something or use a seed drill.

Soy beans are supposed to be planted .5-1" deep. You're a little late to be planting em also, but if they are free it can't hurt to try.

Mix them with the corn in your feeder. What they don't eat will germinate. Deer will clip them when they get a couple of inches tall.
