I have located appx 3 acres of Land on an exclusive peninsula on Toledo Bend. I am looking for someone who is interested in assisting me in developing a neighborhood. It is on the Texas side and a blacktop road goes right to the property. Electric and water already on property. Deep water and million dollar views.
