Steak and Potato with a Bleu Cheese Wedge Salad
Well, I got sort of late start cooking my dinner. Only one home for a few days! ;D ;D I cut the grass in the yard this afternoon and when done I was whupped! That looks awesome. You convinced me to make my own garlic butter. My last crawfish boil I cooked a lot of extra garlic and used it to make garlic butter. It goes on everything.
