Are you talking about 4 mile cut out of intracoastal city? Me and my grandpaw use to run troutlines around there and we caught several that size and bigger.

He launches by Maxie Pearce. Not sure where the cut off is.
He sent me the picture cause he wasn't sure how to post it.
He will probably chime in tomorrow morning after he gets up.
