My brother has a HUGE tree LOADED with these things......

They are not as sweet as celeste.........but are larger

They don't look ripe yet ???

Man I have no idea. They look gorgeous though. Carmalize em down with butter and rum and serve over a thick pork chop. What time should I be there? I'll bring beer.

No doubt! I love figs........mainly cold and fresh.........there is a place in Donalsonville called the Grapevine that serves a pork chop with figs over it......it's incredible........this tree is LOADED.......I mean it's 15 tall and around and is LOADED........

I have five varieties I am growing here at the house now......but none like this

Looks kinda like the brown turkey fig

Could very well be.........but I thought the were more pinkish inside......Black Mission is what I am hoping for
