simplepeddler 07-14-2014 05:50 PM

Man I have no idea. They look gorgeous though. Carmalize em down with butter and rum and serve over a thick pork chop. What time should I be there? I'll bring beer.

No doubt! I love figs........mainly cold and fresh.........there is a place in Donalsonville called the Grapevine that serves a pork chop with figs over it......it's incredible........this tree is LOADED.......I mean it's 15 tall and around and is LOADED........

I have five varieties I am growing here at the house now......but none like this

They are gorgeous. I'll have to get my wife on the ID hunt for you. I've been trying to get her to sign up just for the gardening thread. She knows a million times more than me.
