Has anyone been crabbing in Rockefeller recently...thinking about going Saturday...are they running?

Went this past Friday and Saturday, very slow at all the weirs I tried and the few I did catch were small, sorry.

Last weeks moon and tide weren't great, I'd put money down on this weekend going into full moon on Sunday.

Shrimp were running yesterday at Rollover

Brought home 8 dozen on7/4... Were running good only at 1 place and all the weirs were running slow..

I went Saturday caught 5 1/2 dozen. Went to concrete damn caught a couple didn't stay long there, them went to mud hole didn't even wet a line had a few people there (plus gators) they didn't really have any lucky they said. Went were Joseph harbor bayou hits gulf on west side on beach we caught most of them. Also in second canal on west side leaving gulf just stopped on canal and caught. Most I heard that some one caught was 9 dozen
