The fishing in Lake Boudreaux should be on fire for specks and the canals should be full of reds. What day(s) will you be fishing? What kind of boat do you have? I'll probably be down there visiting my in-laws from Thanksgiving Day until Saturday evening and I will fishing at some point. I know the area pretty well. Maybe you could follow me if we are fishing on the same days.

That area at that time of year is very productive. If the weather is bright and sunny and the temps are up you can catch a few reds on the grass beds. I'm sure you not going to be going to Lake Bourdreaux or Robinson at time of year that's where most of the specks will be. I know captain Stu Sheer been fishing that area for 30 years and making a living throwing one bait..... a tandem rigged avocado red flake cacahoe minnow.

I'll be able to give you some specifics when I get home on Sunday. Are you targeting specks or reds?
