Matt is no longer part of DUCE Rods.

Email the new owner: Cade@ducerods.com

Tell him you got his email from Brent Domingue.. He is expecting it and will do everything he can to help you!

This is a New DUCE rods , one that you can relay on!!!

I have never heard of Duce rods. What is the big deal with these rods compared to an ugly stick or another rod?

hankscke123 06-04-2014 06:24 PM

Ok emailed new owner

I'm still waiting on my rod that I sent to them early last year to repair. I even offered to pay the return shipping so I could have someone else repair it.

I guess I will just have to trust you guys with this one. Maybe one day I will run across one and try it out.

BuckingFastard 06-05-2014 06:46 AM

yea you should. im sure there are better rods out there but not for under $400.

bayouchub 06-05-2014 07:07 AM

Plenty of better rods out there in the same price range.

Visco 06-05-2014 07:11 AM

I do want to change out all my Ugly Sticks in for something that is made locally. This is why I am interested in this thread. Keeping my eyes open for something better. Thanks

Visco 06-05-2014 07:14 AM

hankscke, sorry for hijacking your thread, just wanted to see what these rods were all about. Thanks

SaltERedneck 06-05-2014 07:21 AM

For a while i thought Saltycajun was a direct feed from Duce's twitter account with all the threads posted... anytime someone at Duce farted you would know about it. :help: Search 2012 forums for information

I've been using/testing the new rods for the last few months and they are something special! Very light and extremely durable. I've pushed them to the limit on a few fish and thought for sure my rod would snap.. They havnt come close!! Here are a few screen shots of them being Put to the Test. Sorry for poor quality.
