how can they do this!?

southern151 05-14-2014 12:56 PM

Stupid stuff like this is why I don't even wanna bother snapper fishing this year. Too much bs for a whopping 2 fish!

BuckingFastard 05-14-2014 01:00 PM

yea that makes each fish work several hundred dollars.

BuckingFastard 05-14-2014 01:01 PM

heck its worth it to pay the fines just so you can maybe keep more for all the gas you use

You better believe every charter boat will have a few honey holes just outside the lines and will stop and load up there snapper and haul it to state waters

Only Feds will care

haoward 05-14-2014 03:10 PM

How much would the fine be if you get caught with snapper 3 to 9 mile offshore from fourchon? Is it per fish?

Went out a couple weeks ago and the snapper were coming up to the surface. Following our jigs up. Tons of em. No doubt we could have sunk da boat with em had we wanted too.
