I have to admit this morning was slow . I let my good neighbor talk me into fishing with him out of Deaton ville. Water wasn't bad . There were several group's of bird's; but something wasn't right . After scratching on the first group of bird's which didn't hold over 5minutes ;I told him popping cork and gulp shrimp. We moved to the next group of bird's and put 7 dinks and a2lber trout in the boat. Bird's left and fish followed . Glassed the lake and the bird's had left. I told him some day's you have to lick wound's and take your medicine. With that we headed back to the camp and called it day. To embarrassed to show any pics.:cry:

It's my fault. I jinxed the lake today.
Me and Jordan are going to JINX it again tomorrow.
I had 3 dinks, but left home too late.
I heard there were 1000's of birds in Turners Bay from daylight to about 7:30.
Then they split.
The water was dirty in Turners, but clean farther South by the wellheads.

Well it's only going to get dirtier after today - expecting up to 8 inches of rain in H-town and all this fun weather is headed your way.

Why does it always have to hit over the weekend??

And your right, when WillE says it's bad, it's gotta be bad!!
