A well needed break yesterday after my customer had to cancel!! We were back at it today with James, Ryan, Nathan, Danny Jennings and my son Seth onboard the big Bluewave. We were greeted with perfect conditions this morning. Falling tide, calm winds, clean water....etc, etc. Unbelievable how these trout are being so elusive!! We grinded away at them all morning then went to plan B!! Plan B was the ticket and paid off big time. My crew started whacking the reds and puppy drum every cast and had me doing the red/drum shuffle!!! Baiting, netting, unhooking fish every cast!!! The guys had a trip of a lifetime with 17yr old Nathan and 11yr old Danny catching the most and biggest fish of their life. The looks on their faces and excitement in their voices were priceless. No words can describe how incredible the trip was!!! We loaded the K2 in short order with every one loving every minute of the chaos!!! Thanks guys for a incredible day!!!
