Made another trip today to sabine lake. Caught my first small flounder and said to my buddy where is the tape????? Had to make a phone call to my brother to get a measurement of a dollar bill. Threw a couple of close fish back because of no scale. Flounder bite sometimes were just dead weight and some popped it hard. Chartreuse swimming mullet and I also caught a few on the chart pepper jerk shad. Had to use a 3/8 head to get to the bottom because of current. 16' was my biggest and all were at least 14 1/2" because of the no ruler deal.
No floundering tomorrow Bass tourney at 6 mile Toledo bend. Man this retirement thing is work?
