3/29/14 Bachelor Party comes to DU
 

Soon to be groom Lance joined me with his father and brothers for a good ole windy trout bash. The first two hours were calm conditions and the trout responded with my crew putting a nice hurt on the specks right at day break. Matrix Shad in the Green Hornet and Tiger Bait tight lined was the ticket early. The wind picked up drastically and we had to run for protection. We ran to the north banks to get some relief and had the trout loving our shrimp creole Matrix under a cork. Points and current lines were holding a mix of nice trout. It's that time of the year when the wind blows so try to find protected areas and you will find the trout. Thanks Capt. Marty LaCoste for setting up the trip.
