Heads Up! Steaks Goin On The Grill!!!!
Yesterday while at Costco I saw some USDA Prime Top Sirloin steaks and grabbed them for grilling today. Got the grill heating up right now.

Late yesterday afternoon I decided to grill some Prime steaks I picked up at Costco for a really good price. Got the Keg heated and tossed on some green onion sausage I pulled from the freezer. Still frozen I just put them around the edge of the grate to thaw and cook slowly. Fewer things I like more than a perfectly cooked steak.
