Simon Galarneau and Yannick Poirier from Canada joined me in the Gator Tail today. We left the lodge at 9 am with the wind howling. We went deep in the marsh finding protected water. It was a slow tough bite, but we managed to get on some trout. It was another catch & release day as the guys will be flying out soon. We went into the shallows trying to get them on some reds, but not one would bite. Shrimp Creole, and Green Hornet produced our fish today. Good times with these guys despite the tough bite. Only saw one other boat out!
