HI Guys.. Called all Gumbo experts... Anybody know were I can buy some homemade fresh ground file??

Mine is getting low.. I try have some store bought .. I used it for others not my own use..

Not sure would love to get some myself. Use to get it from some people in Laccasine. You know it's made from dried, ground, sassafras leaves.

you can try and call wayne Jacobs smokehouse in laplace.....I think they may ship....its fresh made every winter...985-652-9990

There once was someone in Lake Arthur that sold it. I'll try to go by tomorrow and see if they still sell it.
