Kenny LaCroix was back again today with Lloyd Michiels. Our last trip only found a few trout and limits of reds, so trout was on the main menu today. We left out of The Reel Inn and upon dropping the power Pole, had the trout coming in every cast. #40 hit the box within 30 minutes then the ole switch turned off!! No problem, we made a quick move and in no time had #75 iced down. We left the trout biting to go look for reds. Reds were taking off everywhere in the shallows. One quick drift found 9 reds hitting the deck, but only 3 made the cut. We called it a day and were back at the lodge early cleaning fish. Green Hornet and Midnight Mullet Matrix Shad put a hurt on the fish as they do everyday. Shrimp Creole had the reds coming in the boat along with Green Hornet.

We have been on a unstoppable bite for over three weeks straight now. Easy limits everyday. Give me a call if you want to get in on this incredible bite and learn the winter patterns to be more successful.
