Pig in Cajun Microwave?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a 40-60lb pig to cook for Thanksgiving.
I know I can get one in Eunice but looking for suggestions.I'd like to have it already butterflied, injected and seasoned. Thanks for the help

I got one from Kirk Martin's a couple of months back and was very satisfied.
