Monday's Red Beans and Rice with Grilled Alligator Sausage
Well, the title pretty much sums up this post. Today is Monday so the usual red beans were for dinner but I decided to grill some alligator sausage to go along with the meal. My wife asked what I wanted for supper last night. I told her fresh sausage and field peas. She ended up lighting my Weber Kettle pit and grilling them over lump charcoal along with some chicken thighs. She did a good job for her first time. |
