Fresh squirrel rice and gravy

Just finished browning up one of the squirrels I shot Saturday. Put to cover on the black pot and placed it in the oven. Should be ready in a few hours along with some petit pois and sweet corn.

Squirrels are my favorite wild game to eat,cooking some thursday night,hope you enjoy.

Can't wait to kill a few tree rats and eat em up. Wonder if they taste like the north up here?

I was wondering man. Heck I need a limit to feed my crew. They love them tree rats. Squirrel and dumplings for us sunday night.
