Reports and Discussion

It seems like with the salinity as high as it is in the north end of Big Lake, that Turner's Bay and other areas in the north should be really hot right now, but I'm not really seeing a lot of reports to that effect.

Have y'all decided to keep mum to keep the riff raff away, or is everyone burned out after the tourney and maybe taking a break in the heat? Or are y'all like me with family and work commitments conspiring against your fishing efforts?

We'll be back at it shortly after labor day, posting reports as soon as we can.

I sold my boat since they closed the weirs! No bait = trout migration to Sabine!

With all the guide pressure on sabine the last couple weeks the trout have swam back to big lake.
