Hip update

Got 46 staples out today. Nurse and physical therapist say I am doing awesome and way ahead of schedule.

Go back to doctor on the 28 and hope to be released to drive and work in shop.

How many weeks will that be? I was released to drive at 5 weeks. Continued doing therapy till 8 weeks then started doing the exercise on my own. A little over 1year now and it's great.

2 weeks post op yesterday.

I am way ahead of where most people are after this surgery according to my PT. She will probably release me Friday unless something happens.

Have to take the standard hip precautions for 6 months
