I knew these day's were coming, Heck it's why i moved my family back down here so we could be here to help out. Guess I was kind of hoping we would have a little more time before things got to crazy.

It's not looking to good, Doctors are starting to talk about difficult decisions.

Dad's not dealing with it to well (understandably), but I think he's getting better by being involved with the situation.

It's amazingly difficult to think clearly and make good decisions, when your watching a person who's been a rock for your whole life, just wilt away.

So yeah.

Take some time to spend with your dad. Let him know that you're on his side with whatever difficult decision comes his way. Yeah, I type it like it's daily life but, honestly, I can't fathom where you are in life right now. My thoughts and prayers will be with you in this difficult time. I'm glad you are able to be home to be their rock. You're doing more than you know.

Prayers sent. I'm in the same boat right now. Just a matter of days or a couple weeks at best. Not easy at all.

It's never easy trying to say goodbye to someone close to you. I watched my grandpaw go from 250 to 125 from cancer before he passed away. Time heals all wounds,keep your head up and support your father. I will keep yall in my prayers.

Sorry to hear that Ace. I went through that with my Dad 3 years ago, he was only 57.

Unfortunately I have been in your shoes. It is the most difficult thing I have ever dealt with. However, I can assure you that it will get better. Time does heal all wounds. My prayers are sent for your mother, yourself, and the rest of your family. You have people here to talk if you need. God bless..

I've walked 100 miles in your mocs. Please call hospice and sit down and talk w/ someone from there . They were a God send in my Life! If you need someone to talk to give me a call anytime.
