We tried on the lake side of the hog island weirs and caught ZERO. Not sure about the other side.

Limits at bird island bayou today. Not the big dam they call it belly dam. Not me but my buddy went and was done by 9. All nice big males

Talked to a guy today and said they didn't catch any one the road side. We went to grand chenier and only caught a few.

We caught a easy limit of crabs behind grand weir this am

Hog Island is off Hwy 27 south of Hackberry on east side of road. Just look for the 50 cars in the parking lot. I've seen people there at 3 in morning trying to get a spot. Not sure where Bird Island weirs are

Bird island bayou is inside marsh island....the bayou that has the game warden camp at the mouth.
