Finally a day off to catch up on my fishing trips. I would like to start off by thanking our customers for fishing with us the previous days including Mike Tate,Skip Speyrer,John McEntire,Ron Bartels,Claudette Olivier, and Lucas James. I enjoyed my trip with Mike Tate and his boys last weekend as we caught a good box of reds and trout. No full limits as the wind did us in early. Big fun with Mike and his sons as we made the best of the conditions that we were dealt with!! Skip Speyrer from Carencro, La. caught some nice reds and trout with Capt Rodney Bourque last weekend in the Lake Mechant area. Capt Josh Ellender had a good day busting up the trout with his customers. Swim baits in various colors are working best for us right now. Good luck fishing.
