Good, Bad, and the Ugly Tournament style..
 

Only good thing out of it all was time spent with the Dad.

Bad- Lake Verret sucks, windy, can count the number of fish caught in 3 days on one hand.

Ugly- Blown motor, one fish on tournament day

Did manage a potential sponsor though. So that was a plus. Pretty area but I won't e returning anytime soon.

Yessir. Ain't much in the west and south side of that lake that I didn't hit. Gorgeous areas, but man that is tough Fishin right now.

Well you were where the fish are. Freakin front & high pressure sucks! I don't fish any of area anymore for a reason. You did well, just sucks about the motor. But like I said it was making memories. You & your Dad will hold forever good or bad.

Barometer was 30 . 25+ today. You would have to beat me w/ a stick to get me to bass fish. more than a few tourneys have been won in that small area that i told you to try.

I also went bass fishing yesterday and it was slow, but went to 20' of water and started catching, so at least I potentially learned something new
