V-Bay / Marsh Island

Any reports from the V-Bay / Marsh Island area? Due to family plan for Easter Sunday, I will not be able to fish my favorite area to the West. Wifey said "No" to the camp this weekend :pissed:....LOL...However I would still like to get the boat wet...So I was planning a trip to the V-Bay...Hoping someone can provide some reports for the area. Thanks in advance....

I heard they were catching a few reds and flounder along the bank to the East and west of the game warden camp on Marsh Island. But that was a few weeks ago...

last few weeks we have been catching red and black drum in the mouths osf Bayous in Marsh island and southewest pass.

shrimp on the bottom with circle hooks. easy fishin, anchor out, cast on the reef, and put the rod in the rod holder, crack a beer and wait for the pole to double over.
