Should still be there, it was not deleted. I believe he was referring to the blind next to the blind he has permission to hunt which killed over 1,100 the year before last when another guide service hunted it. This year the land owner hunted and not that often.

Top Dawg 01-25-2013 09:04 PM

1100 is a good year!

Top Dawg 01-25-2013 09:05 PM

Our total this year was 353. That's just hunting on weekends. Counting specks also.

No doubt, I hunted it myself a few times. Just like the blind Adams hunts its not about calling, birds just come in to die.

Nothing wrong with that, very solid.

Missed 2 limits of ducks this year. One 11ducks and a goose and last day in timber 2 of us killed 8. And hopefully we can add 32 specks these next two weekends.

Certainly not me, both of those blinds are way better than anything I hunt. Adams was on them all year.

Top Dawg 01-25-2013 09:26 PM

I hear ya. Some people rank their blind by number of birds. I rank my season on quality of birds. Either way everyone happy. Good season

Top Dawg 01-25-2013 09:30 PM

How y'all end up this year noodle? Y'all pound em in the mud pretty good?

noodle creek 01-25-2013 10:10 PM

Yeah had my best season ever. 1,042. Not as many mallards as usual, but we had birds all year. I was waiting on them to dissapear but they never did

Calling does matter I'll have you know.

It really did this year.

Don't fool yourself, in the blind you are hunting limits come easy and calling is not necessary I've seen it done. If you are calling to make it less like a pet duck hunt I understand.
